Return & Refund Policy

At Club Static, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item for store credit or an exchange within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items must include any original packaging such as pouches or sleeves, and be free of damage, marks, odors, or any signs of wear. A valid proof of purchase such as an order number, confirmation email, or store receipt is also required.

Please note that, for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These include bodysuits, earrings, gift cards, and any products marked as Final Sale.

If a refund is issued, it will be processed only to the original payment method. If your purchase included a free gift, it must also be returned if you are requesting a refund. However, if you are exchanging an item or requesting store credit, you may keep the gift.
